Since young, photography has always been around me. The younger vain me found most of the time being in front of a camera. But as I grew older, I started taking more control as the person behind the camera and eventually, I fell in love with the process of taking photos. For the past 2 years, I’ve been learning the fundamentals of photography and this self-learning process had made me realised the joy of learning!

Photography allows me to unwind greatly from the forever present stresses in Singapore. Occasionally, as a form of relaxation and to stay active, I would go out to shoot some nature or street photography. That is one of the ways I keep my well-being in check!

Not only photography, but I also have a great passion for video production. I always get amazed by the different kinds of storytelling through films & TV series. One of my favourite show is Netflix series “Mindhunter” by David Fincher. If you don’t know about this series, now you do, and you have to watch it!!!!!!!!!!

Currently, I am a student in NUS studying Psychology & also started working part-time as a photographer recently. I appreciate that this job allows me to connect with people from all walks of life because I believe there are so much to learn from others. So far, it has been a pleasant experience. However, I sometimes wonder if having the hope of counting on my passion for driving me forward in life is wishful thinking. But who knows what will happen in the future since life is full of surprises and uncertainty…... just hope to enjoy life as much as possible!
